Annual Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Event

FCS sponsored the annual Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce event this year! It was a great turnout and we were happy to see some of our charter colleagues there, like Harmony Schools, Latinos for Education, and KIPP.
Our CEO Jay Artis-Wright, along with FCS Action board chair, Victor Evans, met with several TN lawmakers to discuss education and the future of our work. Huge thank you to state Representatives Slater, White and Love for taking time to meet with us.
FCS CEO, along with our partners, CBED- Sharif El Mekki, Brightbeam- Chris Stewart and Energy Converters- Dr Charles Cole presented findings and research at the Charter School Growth Fund summit in West Palm Beach.
