Kenneth Campbell is Vice President of Growth and Strategy at 4th Sector Solutions, where he leads efforts to expand the organization’s impact in the charter school sector while strengthening its internal culture through leadership development, core values, and high-performance team building.

A longtime champion of educational equity, Kenneth has spent his career driving growth, innovation, and positive impact in communities across the country. His experience includes executive leadership roles with the Black Alliance for Educational Options, IDEA Public Schools, New Schools for Baton Rouge, and the Louisiana Department of Education, where he played a pivotal role in the post-Katrina revitalization of New Orleans’ education system.

Kenneth brings a combination of strategic vision, operational expertise, and deep experience in urban education to his work. Throughout his career, he has focused on developing innovative solutions to educational challenges and expanding opportunities for students and families who have historically been underserved.
