Kevin Alin is a Partner at Children First Capital Advisors, where he works at the intersection of education, real estate, and cross-sector innovation to help schools and nonprofits turn ambitious ideas into sustainable impact. He brings extensive experience supporting schools through successful launches, facilities development, capital projects, and organizational growth.

Previously, Kevin served as a Senior Advisor with the Equitable Facilities Fund, helping conceptualize and grow a leading nonprofit charter school lender. He also served as Executive Director of School Choice & Enrollment for the Cleveland Metropolitan School District, where he led major systems reforms and innovative public-service initiatives designed to expand access to information and enrollment options for families.

Kevin has also been deeply engaged in school governance and community leadership, including service on the board of Citizens Leadership Academy in Cleveland. His career reflects a longstanding commitment to expanding educational opportunity and helping communities create stronger schools and pathways for children and families.

Kevin joined the Freedom to Choose Schools board in 2025 as the organization expanded its mission to support educational options that center families and communities.
