Monica Hall

Founder and Principal, T.H.R.I.V.E Academy
Georgia

Dr. Monica S. Hall is an educator, author, speaker, culture architect, and nationally recognized education thought leader who believes transformational communities are built when potential becomes purpose, leadership permits honest communication, people are prioritized over numbers and excellence becomes the minimum expectation. As the Founder and CEO of The HallPass Institute, Founder and Head of School of T.H.R.I.V.E. Christian Academy, and Founder of T.H.R.I.V.E. Live! learning management system – she partners with schools, districts, churches, and organizations to cultivate thriving cultures through courageous conversations, strategic communication, and executive leadership.

A graduate of Howard University, Emory University's Candler School of Theology, and the University of Miami, Dr. Hall brings together educational innovation, theological formation, executive leadership, and more than two decades of military service to equip leaders for transformational impact. Her leadership is rooted in the conviction that lasting transformation begins with the heart before it reaches the organization. This biblical foundation allows her to serve faith-based schools, churches, ministries, and Christian leaders while also equipping diverse educational communities with principles that foster trust, belonging, accountability, and lasting impact.

Dr. Hall exemplifies the McLeod Society Fellowship’s belief in the power of transformative leadership to create educational environments where children are valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.
