Mrs. Pamela M. Rogers is a distinguished educational leader and the President and Head of School of St. Mary’s Academy in New Orleans, Louisiana. A devoted advocate for students, families, and educational excellence, she has dedicated her career to creating opportunities for young people to thrive. Mrs. Rogers joined St. Mary’s Academy in 2007 in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, serving as a FEMA liaison and later as Senior Academic Counselor and Assistant Principal. In 2022, she made history as the first lay president in St. Mary’s Academy’s history. Her leadership has helped guide the Academy through significant growth while honoring its rich legacy and commitment to educating the whole child. Her professional journey has also included service with Xavier University of Louisiana, Tulane University Medical School, and Jefferson Parish Schools. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Xavier University of Louisiana and a Master of Social Work from Louisiana State University.
