Muna Olaniyi is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Empower Memphis Career and College Prep, a public charter school committed to preparing students for success through rigorous academics, leadership development, and early career exposure. With a professional background in education spanning teaching, instructional leadership, and school founding, she has dedicated her career to expanding opportunities for students and families. Muna’s experience includes curriculum and program development, literacy instruction, and educational leadership, all grounded in a deep belief in equity and innovation. Through Empower Memphis’ “From Crayons to Careers” vision, she is helping reimagine what is possible for students in Memphis through college and career-connected learning at the elementary level.
