Victor Evans is a Nashville-based government affairs and education-policy leader who formerly served as Executive Director of TennesseeCAN. In that role, he built statewide coalitions supporting education policy, including changes to Tennessee’s school-funding system and school-choice initiatives. A former classroom teacher, Evans holds a bachelor’s degree from Rhodes College and a Master of Education
from Christian Brothers University.
